In the autumn of 2013 the parish council commissioned a survey to enable them to assess the opinions of Lavenham residents. The questionnaire was prepared by Community Action Suffolk and was delivered by hand to every household in the village. The questionnaire could be answered online or using the form. Assistance in completing the form was also offered. Each questionnaire was uniquely identified to prevent duplications.
